"Who Not How" - Expanding Horizons at NTI 2024

Embracing Connections: The Power of 'Who' Over 'How'

Dear Nursing Colleagues and Innovators,

As I prepare to embark on the journey to NTI 2024 in Denver, I am filled with anticipation. Drawing inspiration from Dan Sullivan's concept that "10X is easier than 2X", I am excited to shift my focus from the 'how' of my objectives to the 'who.' This conference presents a golden opportunity to meet an entirely new world of 'Whos'—individuals who will inspire both personal and professional growth.

The Magic of Meeting the Right 'Who'

NTI 2024 isn’t just another conference; it’s a platform where I expect to connect with like-minded professionals eager to share, collaborate, and innovate.

Each person I meet has the potential to change the way I think, work, and innovate.

It's about finding those unique individuals who bring clarity, culture, and standards that can truly elevate our practice.

A Symposium of Inspirational Exchanges

NTI 2024 is the perfect setting for expanding our collective abilities. It's a place where clarity meets culture, where standards are discussed and lived. Here, we come together to offer more than just skills—we build connections that foster enduring professional relationships.

Join Me in This Exciting Journey

I invite you all to join me at this vibrant gathering. Let’s delve into sessions, engage in discussions, and participate actively. Your unique abilities and insights are invaluable. Together, we can redefine the boundaries of what it means to be in the nursing profession.

A Vision for the Future

As we look forward to NTI 2024, let's approach each interaction with an open mind and a willingness to learn. This isn’t just about what we can learn or how we can grow—

it’s about who we can meet that will transform our perspectives and enhance our capabilities.

The Power of Strategic Connections

In the spirit of 'Who Not How,' I am thrilled to see how our new connections at NTI 2024 will inspire and propel us forward. Remember, the impact of this conference will resonate well beyond its sessions and speeches. It's about the people we meet, the relationships we forge, and the community we strengthen.

With great anticipation and excitement,

Dr. Susan B. Davis

Let’s make NTI 2024 a milestone event in our careers that defines our trajectory by the knowledge we gain, the people we meet, and the community we build.

Absolutely agree on that! We are on the same page. I always promote connection and networking. This is why I get disappointed when I see people that behave in a toxic way because they see only competition 😒 we will never improve nursing if we look at competition
