Embracing the future: about 2024 resolutions and beyond

Although the year 2024 has officially started in #VEO' s style of setting higher goals on better solutions, more efficiency, and a bigger impact, we cannot help reflecting on the progress achieved in 2023:

• We ventured into our business year, setting an ambitious goal, namely "climbing our Himalayas" of purchases; this target marked a pivotal moment meant to set the bar high and to guide us strategically through this ever evolving market of clearance purchasing. This market often implies fast decisions and reactions.

We are known to value all opportunities and challenges, therefore we said "YES!" to this one.

One year, 600 international business trips across Europe, thousands of negotiations and product purchases later, we are proud to say that we crossed this objective off our business goal list.

• Business growth means #talent growth, because neither clearance solution providers nor any objective driven person is able to reach the peak of their personal "Himalayas" without a properly helpful team. From DARE Academy's recruitment events to intensive training and coaching, our team grew considerably. In VEO, we foster a culture of learning, starting from product knowledge, effective communication, objections and objectives handling, to negotiation skills; sometimes in set environments, but many times lead by business curiosity, collaboration, and "learn by doing".

A VEO team means dynamic people with a true inclination for continuous development and exploration of new ideas and missions.

• Going back to the topic of year 2024, we embrace this new year with joy, being proud of our growth, but with our eyes set on a new Himalayas' peak; we still have a long way to go on this journey of clearance.

Our resolution for 2024 revolves around integrating new technologies and business solutions, becoming more and more sustainable and efficient.
