🌟 Embracing July’s Energies: A Turning Point for Leaders and Business Owners 🌟

Have you ever noticed how the energy around you shifts with the seasons? As we find ourselves in the midst of July, it's clear that this month is different.
Over the past few months, many of us have been journeying through deep emotional healing, both personally and collectively. This month heralds a significant turning of the page, allowing us to move beyond the heaviness we've been processing and into a space of renewed vigour and proactive engagement.
I recently spoke with a client who, after months of feeling stuck and overwhelmed, described July as a breath of fresh air. Through our sessions, she started a new project, reconnected with old friends, and now feels more motivated than ever. Her story is a testament to the transformative energies at play this month and the power of guided support.
🌱 The Cycles of Energy: Dormant to Active
Much like the seasons, energy ebbs and flows in cycles. We’ve recently been in a dormant phase, but July marks the onset of a highly active energy cycle.
This shift is set to transform the dense energies we've been navigating, infusing our lives with more light, ease, and grace. For all of us, including leaders and business owners, this is a time ripe with potential. 😮💨 Finally.

As we progress through July, the heightened energy will manifest in various aspects of our lives. You might find yourself:
• Starting new projects or ventures: The energy is perfect for initiating that new business idea or creative project you've been contemplating. One of my clients recently launched a new product line after months of preparation. Through our coaching sessions, she gained the clarity and confidence to take this significant step.
• Resolving past issues: Whether it's business or personal life related, now is the time to clean up your past and move forward. I worked with a business owner who, with my guidance, successfully resolved team issues, bringing a sense of relief and a fresh start for his company.

🚨 Reaction Based on Fear or Lack
Our brains are wired to react automatically to perceived threats or deficiencies. This is a survival mechanism deeply embedded in our neural pathways. When we operate from a place of fear or lack, we often act out of a sense of urgency or desperation. This reaction is a result of the brain’s amygdala triggering the fight-or-flight response, which can be useful in genuine emergencies but detrimental in everyday decision-making.
Reacting from fear or lack can lead to:
• Short-sighted decisions: Choices made under pressure often lack long-term vision.
• Increased stress and anxiety: The body remains in a heightened state of alert, impacting overall health.
• Limited creativity and innovation: Fear restricts our ability to think outside the box and explore new possibilities.
For instance, a business leader who constantly worries about quarterly results might make hasty decisions, such as cutting essential staff, which could harm the company’s long-term success. In our coaching sessions, we work to reframe these fears, enabling leaders to make more balanced, strategic decisions. But I see this all the time in all areas of our lives. Inspired aligned action, on the other hand, comes from a place of clarity, presence, and connection to our higher selves. When we act from inspiration, trust and love, we tap into a higher frequency of energy, allowing us to flow with the natural currents of life.
Inspired aligned action involves:
• Mindfulness and presence: Being fully aware of the present moment and the opportunities it offers.
• Trust and intuition: Relying on our inner guidance and the wisdom of the Universe, connecting with our Higher Self and our quantum (spiritual) partners and guides.
• Flow and ease: Actions taken from a place of alignment feel effortless and are often more effective.
Consider a leader who practices mindfulness daily. This person might find innovative solutions to problems and inspire their team with a calm, confident approach. Their actions, driven by inspiration rather than fear, lead to sustainable growth and a positive work environment. Through our sessions, these leaders learn to cultivate mindfulness, trust their intuition and quantum field energies.

From a neuroscience perspective, when we engage in inspired aligned action, we activate the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for higher-order thinking, creativity, and problem-solving.
