Emergency Planning Exercise

Last week we designed and facilitated an emergency planning tabletop exercise for the Mullingar Fleadh Cheoil Na hÉireann with the ever professional Adrian Jackson from Safety Solutions Group.

The exercise used four realistic worst case scenarios to test the event management plan and to give an understanding, to all the agencies and groups involved in this large crowd event, on the consequences of critical incidents occurring at or near the event.

We received very positive feedback from all the participants and are satisfied that the exercise aims and objectives were met.

The Fleadh Cheoil Na hÉireann will take place in Mullingar from 31st July to 07th August 2022 when an estimated 500,000 people are expected to attend.
