As the Director of End User Support at TripleLift, Angel Rivera orchestrates an electrifying symphony of tech brilliance, ensuring that every single TripleLifter's tech needs are not just met, but exceeded beyond request! Rivera is more than just a tech guru; he's a true leader who puts the well-being of his incredible team right at the heart of everything he does. Balancing the ever-evolving needs of the business with the happiness and satisfaction of his IT superheroes, he's a master at creating a harmonious and high-energy work environment!

Question 1: What's your favorite part about your role? 

Helping people solve their technology needs and having an awesome team with the backing of Triplelift to be able to support them and help them succeed at their roles.

Question 2: What's the best piece of advice you have been given in your career? 

Remember the responsibility of a leader is not to be in charge, but to take care of those in our charge. 

Question 3: If you could give advice to your 16-year-old self what would it be? 

Trust the journey. It's ok to make mistakes, Start to develop a mindset that recognizes failures, limitations, and challenges as opportunities to learn, experiment, and grow.

Question 4: Name one thing most people don’t know about you. 

I love to Cruise. I think the things you can do on cruise ships now rival most activities you can do on land. I always have a Cruise vacation booked…this way I always have one to look forward to. 

Question 5: Can you tell us a bit about your “backstory”? What led you to this particular career path? 

I always liked to help people and talk to people. I also loved Technology. So, when I was deciding on a career path, I leaned toward IT.  But I didn’t want to be hidden in some server room. I wanted to be customer-facing. So, while IT has many different paths, I decided the IT support career was the perfect one for me.

Question 6: What is the most rewarding part of your leadership role at TripleLift? 

Being able to see the results of the actions we take as a team in IT every day in supporting our fellow TripleLifters with their technology needs.
