My Journey from "Employee at Microsoft" to a "Coach" - Helping 1000s Unlock Their Innate Potential !!!

When I made the bold decision to leave Microsoft in 2013, the world of entrepreneurship looked vastly different from what it does today. The resources available to aspiring entrepreneurs were limited, and the journey often felt lonely and fraught with challenges. Fast forward to the present, with the evolution of LinkedIn, advancements in Google, high-speed bandwidth, and the incredible support from AI tools like ChatGPT, the landscape has transformed remarkably.

And through it all, my passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive has only grown stronger.

My Leap of Faith

Leaving a secure and prestigious position at Microsoft was not an easy choice. That too, coming from a middle class, Indian family with 2 teenage daughters. It was a leap of faith, driven by a burning desire to make a more significant impact. I wanted to channel my experience, skills, and insights into empowering entrepreneurs to turn their dreams into reality. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of entrepreneurs & leaders navigate their unique journeys, and every success story fuels my passion even more.

The Changing Landscape

Back in 2013, the tools and support systems we have today were merely dreams. Entrepreneurs had to rely heavily on limited resources and personal grit. Today, however, the game has changed. The evolution of LinkedIn has provided a powerful platform for networking and knowledge sharing. Google has made information more accessible than ever. High-speed internet has connected us globally, breaking down barriers to communication and collaboration, thanks to Zoom, Teams etc. And perhaps most excitingly, AI and tools like ChatGPT have revolutionized how we approach problem-solving and innovation.

My journey from Microsoft to entrepreneurship coaching has been driven by a simple yet profound belief: "Help Helps." This philosophy underpins everything I do. By offering guidance, support, and actionable strategies, I aim to make the entrepreneurial journey smoother and more rewarding for those I work with.
