Excellent article. This new era is ripe for delivering significant value via improved efficiency, time to value and user/consumer satisfaction. Importantly, implementing Agentic AI to maximize value and drive frictionless workflows will require Design Thinking methods to explicitly define problems, risks, and opportunities as well as ensure stakeholder alignment.
