Engage in Difficult Conversations for a WIN-WIN

Engage in Difficult Conversations for a WIN-WIN

In many interpersonal conflicts, it's possible to lose a sense of self and purpose. Showing up to a difficult conversation can take incredible courage and resilience.

I've been posting about being in the present moment during conflict using the acronym: RIGHT NOW.

This October 17-21, I'm facilitating a course on Yoga for Conflict with the tools to engage in conflict with self-awareness and confidence.

Here's a preview of some of the practices to be released in the Yoga for Conflict course, featuring cameos of our amazing twins ( Daniel Pruett ).

After watching, please share your experiences and comments!

The Yoga for Conflict Course is a 25 hour yoga certification course with Happy Jack Yoga University . Whether you're new to yoga or already an expert, this course is for you if you'd like to integrate yoga practices into disagreements and differences of opinion. Click here to learn more.
