Enhancing Women In Leadership

The IDP Girls Leadership Program is a transformative two-week intensive initiative designed to empower internally displaced girls and women with essential skills in Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Community Engagement. Participants undergo comprehensive training to harness the power of technology, cultivate entrepreneurial acumen, develop leadership capabilities, and actively engage with their communities.

Kicking off on March 30th with an inspiring launch event, participants were introduced to the program's objectives and structure. Over the course of two weeks, they delved into various modules, starting with essential skills in Microsoft Office and internet literacy during the Information Technology sessions.

As the program progressed, participants delved into critical discussions surrounding Sustainable Development Goals, community engagement strategies, and addressing gender-based violence within their communities. The IDP Girls Leadership Program is not just about imparting skills; it's about empowering a generation of resilient, resourceful leaders who are equipped to shape their futures and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
