Ergonomic Office
Ah, meet Amina!
The queen of foos (second-hand clothes) who recently decided to take her business digital.
But within a few days of working from her home office, Amina noticed something—her back was making her feel like an old woman!
Turns out, sitting in her cozy sofa chair while hunching over her laptop wasn't doing her any favors. 😅
After one too many painful days, Amina finally decided it was time for an ergonomic office makeover.
Here’s what she learned, and how you can also set up an ergonomic home office to keep your back in tip-top shape (because no one likes dealing with low back pain while replying to emails).
Tip 1: The Chair
Fix: Amina got a chair that supports her lower back and adjusted it so her feet rest flat on the floor.
Tip 2: Screen Height – Look Straight Ahead, Not Down
Tip 3: Keyboard and Mouse – Keep Them Close

Tip 4: Break It Up – Movement Is Key
Tip 5: Lighting – Reduce Eye Strain, Reduce Back Strain
