Essential Advice for 2023
Right before 2023 is a great time to recalibrate, because clearly we were doing something very wrong in 2022. What is that exactly? And why don't we talk about it?
On the one hand we're the most sophisticated generation to ever inhabit the earth, but on the other, we still have a total lack of awareness about this natural evolutionary process we're all going through.
So I'd love to tell you that it's time for women to take charge of things using their natural attributes like they do in the home, but they're still very far from understanding this process.
40 Years of Research Proves Women Are Better Managers Than Men Because They Tend to Have This Crucial Skill Inc. (they're way better at employee engagement)
Men are still very dismissive of women, and are also ignorant about what's happening. When I say ignorant I don't mean stupid - I mean they prefer to look the other way and we're all paying a very high price for that.
Having said that it would be good for business leaders to focus on gender parity, to prepare the infrastructure for when we'll need women to take over running things. It's a known fact that they do it better than men.
Negative Impact of Europe War
The war in Ukraine has been total disruption from the very beginning. The Ukraine will never be the same and Russia is running out of steam for this battle. The conflict has sent energy prices through the roof and disrupted the global economy. But even before that we were not in great shape thanks to Covid. Add to that deteriorating international relations, extreme weather, escalating mental health issues and substance abuse, not to mention violence and social degeneration, and how this war shows no signs of slowing down.
The best thing to do when you're sick is get a clear idea of what the problem is. Before that it's silly to suggest any treatment. But when it comes to humanity, even though everything is pointing to the growing division and aggression between us being the underlying problem - we prefer to focus on other things. Instead of really getting to the bottom of the cause, we're always only dealing with the symptoms. And in the meantime the bad vibes are spreading and intensifying. When we reach a point where we really can't stand each other anymore, a third world war could break out.

All the adults in charge of managing the world look like a bunch of kids in kindergarten. They keep pushing each other around while the "teacher" tries to teach them how beneficial it would be to treat each other with consideration and kindness. Nature keeps trying to convey to us how much better everything would be if we all got along nicely. But the "kids" don't want to listen. So the teacher has no choice but to punish them. And this is what it will look like in 2023 .... more of the same, but worse.
Dismal Global Outlook
>> China stopped its zero Covid policy and now tens of millions are catching the virus every day ... millions are expected to die.
>> The Ukraine war keeps dragging on even though their energy infrastructure has been destroyed by Russia. The Russians are tired and hundreds of thousands are escaping to avoid being drafted in this senseless war. (FYI - I'm not taking sides - have tons of Ukrainian and Russian friends).
>> We have a long way to go before the economy recovers - after all it's a reflection of everything going on in society ....
>> North America spent Xmas dealing with freezing temperatures, gales, heavy snowfall and thousands of cancelled flights - millions spent the holiday without power, heat or a way to escape. Dozens froze to death in Buffalo.
Taking a Firm Hand & Leading by Example
What does a teacher usually do when kids are being obnoxious? In the old days we had to stand in the corner or copy something off the chalk board 100 times to cut us down to size. From now on any country that acts like a bully should be disconnected from the other nations - and left to its own devices. Only fear of alienation from the family of nations is enough to tame those big egos.
We need to promote the fact that things would really improve if we all worked together, while showing that aggression doesn't pay. Even though people are not ready to listen yet, we need them to understand there are alternatives to war and hatred, which benefit everyone instead of inflicting suffering on humanity.
