Ever felt uncomfortable speaking in meetings?
Bright and early on a Monday morning, you’re ready to take on the world. You have big ambitions: a career where you’re making a big splash and big $$$s, and the quality of life that you’ve always dreamt of, with your family.
But as you step into that big meeting, your dreams crumble. Your voice chokes, your brain freezes. People in the meeting know their stuff and speak with expertise.
That voice in your head, though. It tells you to hold back,
“What if you make a mistake and end up looking like a fool? Better to wait a while before you’re really sure.”
The meeting ends, and you’ve still not spoken. Suddenly though, there are these ideas that flow like a broken dam, and you’re like “damn, why didn’t I say that before?”
Or even worse, someone else said that in the meeting while you were doubting yourself and your speaking points.
Doubt. Self-doubt. The feeling that it was all a fluke, that you’re a fake. You’ll soon be found out.
Does this happen to you?

If so, you’re not alone. Call it imposter syndrome, call it a lack of confidence, many people suffer from it. Regardless of their seniority, talents, and accomplishments.
Is there a way out? Heck yes! I pulled myself out of it a decade ago, and have been regularly coaching leaders since then to break out of this pattern, speak up and taste the impact, influence and income they hadn’t even dreamt of.
But, there’s a strategy to it, backed by neuroscience and psychology. I’ll demystify more of that into easy to follow steps in my next newsletters. So, watch this space.
For now, all I want you to know is:
1. YOU ARE NOT a fake.
2. With the right mindset and intention, you can break through to success in the field of your choice and win!
3. In my daily content (LinkedIn posts) and these weekly newsletters, I'll share with you the exact steps that have helped my clients go from struggling to thriving.
Sounds good? More in the next newsletter then :-)
