Daniel Xu is a specialist in international arbitration and cross border dispute resolution. His sector experience includes construction, engineering and infrastructure.

Alongside the firm’s cooperation agreement with KWM (China), on outbound and inbound client referrals for both firms, Eversheds Sutherland (International) had also announced that, subject to practice needs and other considerations, selected partners and staff of KWM (China) would be invited to join the firm. The firm also recently announced that a team of former KWM (China) partners and staff have joined the London office.

Daniel Xu (徐永吉) , Partner, Eversheds Sutherland (International) comments:

“The firm’s strong platform in international arbitration and cross border disputes not only delivers a continuation of service to my current clients but will enable me to maintain strong relationships with former colleagues at KWM (China) to support the cooperation agreement.
