Everybody talks about transformation

Lately, the word transformation is being a trending topic throughout the business universe, but the most curious thing is that it could be replaced by change, metamorphosis, transition or variation, since none of the four previous words mean exactly the same thing, so I leads to the deduction that there are as many transformations as possible strategic plans.

With this thought I want to show that the concept of transformation must be adapted to the teams that execute it and to the objectives and values of the companies that define them in their strategic plans.

Transformation, but with values and above all with people.
