Everyday is a best day of life
We will have our moments where we feel so blue we are convinced that we can never feel happy again! But that's not true. Mood swings make our life so much more harder. Predictably in a life we don't have control over is the worst thing ever. I said that because we all become so stressed by following a routine of school/work and back home that we simply cant appreciate the beautiful things we have in life. Won't you feel irritated when you are having a mood swing and your mom calls u to help her with cooking in an excited tone? This shouldn't happen. We should learn to loosen the knots we have so tightly held to us.
Spending time with family(and/or) friends doings something we mutually appreciate. Make pranks. Stop being so serious. Understanding that what we have now is precious and we should appreciate it however bad we may feel about it. Watching good movies. The romance and comedy ones are the best. Watch sensible serials. Aah the happy and dramatic music just cheers us up doesn't it?!! Our lives are made up of small moments. But when we’re busy juggling work, friends, family and romance, it's easy to forget how much those small moments affect us on a day-to-day basis.
Think about it. When someone pays you a small compliment, how much better do you feel? That one interaction can carry you through the rest of your day. Of course, it goes both ways, but let's focus on the positive, shall we? When you add up all the small moments in your life, they amount to something substantial. Just think what would happen over time if you simply adjusted the little things you do every day. It could have a genuinely significant impact on your life. It could change the game.
In case you need inspiration, here are some simple things you can do to make your day better. When you treat yourself and pamper. Count down to your next life even. Make a call to your close ones and save some money for planning a grand celebration or a gettogether. Sit quietly looking at your childhood pictures and enjoy the nostalgia. Try calling some old friends or contact them on social media. Order something you love to eat and enjoy it. Arrange a school reunion or college reunion and meet old friends and renew friendships. Go to the club and play some sport. Try and call friends to meet up over a coffee or a beer.

Waking up and realizing that it's Sunday and go back to sleep. A happy text from childhood friends. Seeing my favourite dish in the plate at breakfast. Completing my whole syllabus before time. A call from my dear friend. An alert before listening the favourite song from the movies. recollecting Dhoni's winning six on the last ball on a world cup final and the Indian Cricket Team's win. The extended holidays where you can spend more days outside. An honest appreciation of my work by my boss. A praise from teachers in front of my parents. Seeing my name first in the merit list.
Each day can be made into a good day. A call/message from a loved one. Going to the beach. Out of the blue meet ups with loved ones. Good company around me. People that make me want to go higher. Making art but this depends on my mood. Cleaning my bedroom. New stationary. Being reminded that I am worth so much in life. A good picture. Getting up on time. Being referred to ask “Dr" for vacation. Made time for to check up on me. Wash lab coats. Enjoy good food at favourite restaurant. Go on a long drive and have a dessert by the beach.
There is only one thing instantly make your day better. That’s your passion your work listen carefully no one going to give a better day than you. If you want to achieve something then you have put your efforts on those things really that's only make your day better and happy. Instead you are travel addict then try to travel those places actually that make you feel so good and happy. Never trust on people if you feel so happy whenever you spoke with them then surely they will make your day and life horrible. If you feel comfortable with someone then you should avoid them. Don't spend your too much time with them because they are going to leave you soon. People will hurt you more and more.
If you feel gratitude for whatever you have now in life and admire it with pure feelings and being Thankful all time, your day will become better automatically. Gratitude brings sense of abundance in your mind, which in turn attract all good things in life. you remain away from negative mindset and thus feels happy. you began to see that there is so much prosperity with you, and only very few things are uncomfortable for you. Majority of good things are given to you already by divine. so, always thanks whatever comes in your life moment to moment. Cheers!
