Digital transformation continues to keep Swiss companies on their toes. In our 27th Annual Global CEO Survey we asked Swiss executives what areas they plan to invest in the coming months. 90% are focusing on automating processes and systems, 66% intend to innovate in products and services, and 62% in the use of new technologies.

Our AI application for visualising business processes 

Gen AI will continue to be a key topic for business leaders in 2024. We at PwC have been working with artificial intelligence (AI) since 2016, developing new applications and making the experience we gain in the process available to our clients. One such example is our accelerator for the description and visualisation of business processes, or BPMN AI for short. We can use GenAI and extensive language models to visualise our clients’ business processes in a clearly structured and easy-to-understand way based on a client interview or existing documentation. See it yourself:
