Everything You Need to Know About Forbes Latest Billionaires List
Every year about this time Forbes releases their annual Billionaires List.
Jeff Bezos hit #1 on the 2019 list with a fortune of $131 billion.
And Kylie Jenner is now the youngest "self-made" billionaire of all-time.
She’s 21.
Much of her wealth is attributed to the success of her makeup company, Kylie Cosmetics.
All in all, there are now 2,153 billionaires in the world.
That’s 55 fewer than last year.
While 195 people are new billionaires, 247 dropped out of the list.
Why?
The stock market.
I’m telling you, when I become a billionaire, I will NOT be dropping back out of the list, because my net worth is tied to income producing real estate, not fluctuating stock prices.
This just goes to show, even billionaires should be involved with Cardone Capital!
A record 994 billionaires are poorer this year compared to last year.
Here are some interesting things I found while looking over Forbes 2019 Billionaires list:
- 29 of last year’s billionaires passed away, illustrating the fact that money can buy almost anything, but it can’t buy everything.
- Donald Trump jumped 51 spots, going from 766th richest person to 715th richest.
- There are 71 Billionaires under 40.
- 14 of the 20 richest people live in the USA.
- USA has 607 billionaires.
- Francoise Bettencourt Meyers, the 15th richest person in the world, is the richest woman in the world. She inherited L'Oréal.
- At the turn of the century in 2001, there were just 564 billionaires (today there are over 2,000)
Some Quick Billionaire Math:
- Make $20 million a year for 50 years.
- Make $100 million a year for a decade.
- Sell a $500 product to 2 million people.
- If you exclude working weekends and holidays, working just the average 261 days in a year…and you work 8 hours per day, you need to make $478,927 per hour to become a billionaire in a year.
Will I make the 2020 list?
Will you make the list one day?
Think about it like this:
If 2,153 people have done it, I can do it.
And you can too.
I want to help you get there.
