Safety Stand Down 2024

To observe the National Safety Stand Down, Daifuku Intralogistics held several group sessions.Daifuku Intralogistics takes safety seriously, and it is our top priority. During our safety meetings, we devote sufficient time to discussing various topics.

A significant achievement has been raising quick awareness about slip, trip, and fall hazards without causing much interruption to the participants.

The groups also emphasize common hazards in construction sites and manufacturing environments.Through awareness and teamwork, we can prevent accidents. Remember, safety is everyone's responsibility.

HR Summit: Daifuku Annual Event

The HR Summit is an annual event for HR leaders from all Daifuku subsidiaries and one other HR associate to come together.

The purpose is to network, learn about changes in the field, envision the future, establish a common language, determine additional support for the Daifuku Leadership Academy, and create group improvement initiatives in a collaborative manner.

The HR team discussed the latest HR initiatives and the Daifuku Leadership Academy, with special guest Celeste Blackman of Green Zone Culture Group.

The President and CEO of Daifuku North America shared his vision for the HR team and discussed the HR Improvement Committee and company goals.

During the Summit, the team had representation from Daifuku Japan, who discussed the Mid-Term Plan, HR parts of the Sustainability Plan (related to employees), and Engagement Surveys. Also, they received updates on IT and Legal matters and had working sessions to set HR Improvement initiatives. Interested in learning more about our HR initiatives?
