Annual meetings and corporate events are truly unique and important gatherings for any business. Shareholders, executives, and staff are rarely assembled in one place and that makes these events a prime opportunity to capture the people and the work that are the backbone of your business. They are also a milestone in the history of your company.
After spending a good amount of time, effort and expense to plan and execute a memorable corporate event, it is a best practice to make a professional photographer part of the agenda. Some opportunities that you may miss out on if you skip engaging a photographer for your annual meeting or corporate event include:

It is recommended that corporate event planners hire someone with the proper training and equipment to photograph your meeting. An iPhone or Android phone camera is not the appropriate format or lens to get the optimal images to use in print and online materials. You will need a professional who has a plan, has consulted with you ahead of time, who can think on their feet and is cognizant of the important moments that need to be covered.
