eyeVLOG 04: Macular Telangiectasia cure? Zika-looking better? Retina-colored Lamborghinis? yes, Yes and YES!

Orange, orange, orange.

We like the color orange. Orange as in orange Lamborghini, and orange as in MACULA.

The Macula Symposium Singapore this year was awash in orange-colored issues.

In eyeVLOG 04, we talked to key speakers and found out:

-MacTel (Macular Telangiectasia type 2) may finally be getting a cure. Dr. Mark Gillies fills us in.

-The ocular prognosis is better in Zika-affected adults than in kids. So says Dr. Ranjana Mathur.

-Keep an eye out for retina artery occlusion in Susac’s syndrome. That’s according to Dr. Stephen Teoh.

Additional coverage of Macula Symposium Singapore 2017 in PIE Magazine is here.

Thanks for tuning in.
