1. Hardness of material: Each different type of crusher is suitable for processing materials of different hardness. Too high hardness will influence the working efficiency of crusher and reduce the yield, and long-term running can accelerate the wear of the crusher and affect the life of the crusher. Otherwise, too low hardness may cause the finished product to be less than ideal and affect the output.

2. Humidity of the material: Humidity is a problem that users need to pay close attention to. If the humidity is too high, the materials may adhere on the crushing chamber, even block the discharging port, and then affect the crushing efficiency, reducing throughput.

3. Conveyor belt: In the operation process, jaw crusher has been in a state of high speed operation, so it is the key that whether the installation of conveyor belt is reasonable and smooth. Whether every kind of finished products is conveyed to the designated location is also a key factor affecting the output.

In addition to above factors, the quality of the jaw crusher and the maintenance of the jaw crusher will affect the output of the jaw crusher.
