The Faculty Awards of Excellence 2023: The Faculty Roundtable Program Manager of the Year

The Faculty Awards of Excellence 2023, Roundtable Program Manager of the Year was awarded to Mary Krsticevic, Procurement Continuous Improvement Lead at NBN Co at the CPO Forum Gala Dinner held at Sydney Wentworth on Tuesday 9 May 2023.

This prestigious award honours an outstanding Faculty Roundtable Program Manager who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to working with The Faculty to ensure that their team is getting the best value and knowledge from their Roundtable Program membership.

NBN Co has been a Faculty Roundtable member for three years, and in her time, Mary has proven herself to be a very responsive and proactive communicator and has encouraged and facilitated high levels of engagement rate across her team. 

Additionally, Mary has been instrumental in gathering and sharing valuable feedback while continuously ensuring that her team is actively participating in the program. The Faculty Roundtable team acknowledged Mary's outstanding efforts, leading to this award for her leadership and efforts.

About the Award

The Faculty Roundtable Program Manager of the year recognises an individual who has has gone above and beyond to ensure their team is actively engaged with the program and encouraged high levels of team participation and involvement in the Roundtable Program over the course of the year. 

Key judging criteria includes: Responsiveness to The Faculty communications; Provision of feedback; Internal communication strategy; Attendance at quarterly Member Value Report Meetings; And overall engagement and attendance.
