Fear can drive you to achieve incredible results 💡
However, there is a flip side, 😢. You may find yourself at times paralysed by fear 😧 . Or alternatively, if FEAR is a driving force which inspires you to take ACTION, is this the way you really want to live your life? 😢
Today I want to explore how you can change your association with fear. At times, we always want to prove people wrong, however trying to prove yourself all the time, can weigh very heavy 🥵. Now can this approach deliver results? Yes... This can force you to take ACTION, when others may give up. However being driven by fear, can lead to high levels of anxiety and this can also cloud your judgement at times. And perhaps worst still, negatively impact your levels of happiness...
Imagine for a moment, being driven by possibilities 🤩. Imagine expecting things to go well and letting go - feeling like you no longer need to prove yourself to anyone else... ⭐️
Last week, I hosted a short 10 min live event on this subject Embrace fear unlock your potential If you want to have access to the recording, you can watch this below 👇
How can you change your association with FEAR?
So often we want to know HOW things are going to play out. We don't like or enjoy those feelings of uncertainty and our happiness is predicated on achieving certain milestones.
We so often will say to ourselves, "we will be happy when..." When we have more time, or greater resources, or when we hit a certain milestone....

This starts with your MINDSET
Today I want to share 2 subtle changes, to help you to change how you associate FEAR.
#1 Not failure - only feedback - If you look back and consider some of the biggest challenges you have experienced in life, there is often good which comes from these moments. This can be hard to sometimes spot in the moment, however with hindsight, this can be very obvious. From these biggest challenges, can come your most profound insights. The reality is we NEED and BENEFIT from these experiences. Start to embrace these set backs (in the moment) and to consider them as valuable sources of feedback
#2 Shift perspective – So often the part of our brain which is built for survival takes control and we naturally get drawn to what could go wrong. You may have heard the phrase "95% of the things we worry about never come true". Shift your mindset today and start to focus on everything that could go right. 👍
