Feel the vitality flow through chakras

You say you feel the energy is moving and you didn't mention which chakra you are going to concentrate further. Doing meditation is always good but what can I suggest you is do with proper guidance why because if moving energy becomes stagnated somewhere then it will not give you good results. Try to find a proper guru nearby and learn through them so it will easy for you to proceed to higher stages of meditation.

You are getting close to something but while you cannot call it Enlightenment but something close to it. Before enlightenment, you will meet with temporary stillness which we call as "Satori" which is a teaser of enlightenment. You are moving towards that direction. Do not be scared, do not be disturbed, just allow the things to happen. Just surrender to the universe or existence or god or whatsoever you want to call it as. Have strong faith in "light". Every person who has attained Enlightenment has gone through same experience like you. You should resist nothing, just allow things to happen, just observe it.

That is Kundalini rising upwards (consider yourself very lucky). Keep your focus on the 7th chakra and let the energy move upwards. You must not eat meat, eggs or fish, should not smoke or take drugs or even coffee. As all of these generate heat in the body and with Kundalini shakti being activated you want to keep the body cool by taking fresh vegetables and fruits, juices and water. Also keep your thoughts pure and do not fear death. Keep the meditation going daily. This is a part of the microcosmic orbit, in Daoist parlance.

Tilt your head and press your tongue up on your palate(swallow your saliva during this practice). Allow the sensation to go over to the crown and over towards the front all the way down to the navel then to the sacrum and back upwards again. This is opening up the channels and allowing your energy to flow effortlessly. It is a foundation practice for longevity and immortality. You will feel naturally at ease and energized.

This can be the consciousness an energy regulator moving its focus from the brain to the rest of the body and quiet normal a good sign the brain is letting go its strong hold on the consciousness, I did not feel this for years when my anxiety was high it came back when I lowered my anxiety with (External Group Method Invocation) EGMi. Now I can make it happen at will by moving focus of my consciousness from my faulty right brain where anxiety is generated to my left logical positive brain, it can also be seen as an increase in energy efficiency keep up the good work.

The tingling on the top of your head is your crown chakra opening! This is good. Kundalini moves upward from the anus (root chakra). Your third eye is most likely beginning to open as well. All good! Tingling signifies the movement of energy. Energy moving is good. We don’t want stagnant energy. To give you an understanding and comparison: If you have ever had an orgasm you will feel kundalini as it moves up the spine into the front of the head (Ajna). That is kundalini. Kundalini can feel like a pulsating snaking feeling up the spine.

However if it’s the downward movement - the Force or Prana moving down, probably purifying the centres (chakras) along the way. Read Sri Aurobindo if you want to really understand more about this experience; his method of yoga is based on divine Shakti coming from above and moving downwards. I’ve also read of an experience from someone with an already awakened kundalini, that at one point a ray came from above, went down the spine, enveloped the kundalini and gently pulled it up to the crown chakra. Supposedly it gave some special quality to the experience, compared to the mere ‘usual’ kundalini rising upwards which he had experienced almost on a daily basis.

If it is a good quality technique you use such as Vipassana, the teaching will be that these sorts of sensations come and go, and should not be given a name or names. The intention of genuine mindfulness meditation, such as Vipassana, is to treat all sensations with equanimity and the understanding of impermanence, because sensations, especially the normally unconscious sensations we may encounter in traditional mindfulness meditation are the actual physical representation of unhealthy mental conditioning.

It may well seem like an energy channel we have read about, but it is normally just the release of energy from an unhealthy mental conditioning in that region of the body. However if you are learning from a respected Ayurvedic medicine practitioner or other teacher using energy channels (same thing for traditional Chinese medicine) there may be good reason to consider Kundalini channels. Otherwise I would put any such speculation aside, no matter how enticing it is to identify such channels. Cheers!

This is very detailed insight on Chakra. Difficult buy regular practice and basic discipline and sattvik Achar, vichar and Ahar really helps to cleanse the moving energy. Recently on 20th june I performed 60 surya Namaskar in presence of Yogic teachers of Yogniketan the lack of not able to manage inhalation and exhalation hit generated one kind of energy is difficult to bear and reflect in temperament and mood,  if energy flow increase than required Guru to help one.  This article is really Very good coz reading book on Chakra sometimes confused of own understanding. Here author share based on personal experience. Flow of energy from bottom to top and vice versa with lots od anecdote.

If you are free, you can never be blocked If you will block yourself, you can never be free Spirituality is about being ‘free from blockages’. Not eating this or that least matters, what matter most is ‘what you are thinking while eating or not eating’. It’s more about “THOUGHTS” Food doesn’t harm your thoughts But your thoughts certainly can harm your ‘healthy food’ as well. Work on thoughts first Then, gradually one can go for sattvik food as well. Even Buddha allowed his disciples to eat whatever they get in bhiksha , whether it’s veg or non veg. Though, I am vegetarian and the spiritual process itself takes you to towards “right food for the soul” So just don’t worry what you are eating if you are on the path. JUST SURRENDER!🙏🙏🙏
