FIGHTING FOR A CAUSE, HERE’S THE LIMITLESS ENERGY YOU WANT TO HARNESS, AMERICA’S #1 HERO, DONALD TRUMP!
Donald Trump just won a major battle against democrats, but he’s not at war with DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion, so recruit him. Engage him. Inspire him! If you win him over, you’ll be harnessing that awesome energy of his for a rightful cause!
Some critics have said Trump has shown dictator tendencies, but he is much too fair and way too smart to be a dictator. Still, if you believe he is one, consider this:
Dictators are dinosaurs with magnificent egos, which can be stroked to get them to move in whatever direction you want them to go.
But Trump is no dictator. He’s a believer in fairness so you don’t have to stroke him, just stoke his interest in your cause with reason and logic that it’s not only fundamentally fair but makes sense and creates what’s been missing--unity.
Stoke his interest in supporting fuller participation of all people, particularly groups historically underrepresented and discriminated against based on their disability or identity, such as the LGBTQ+ community.
Yes, there’s a new president-elect in a town we call DC who’ll make a great comrade for any cause, especially one as rightful as DEI.

So, keep stroking those egos upon high heading for The White House but for Mister #1, stoke President-elect Trump’s interest vigorously, but smartly and kindly . . . win and enlist his support for people of different races, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, religions and more – at all places in organizations right up to leadership levels.
In this important battle for fairness, far from a fascist, Trump can be an ally, a true friend to fairness and a leader in promoting and advancing what will not only Make America Great Again, but Equitable Again. . . with DEI*.
*The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) earlier this year issued its first updated enforcement guidance on workplace harassment in 25 years reflecting several new developments concerning workplace discrimination and harassment and U.S. Supreme Court precedent extending anti-discrimination protections to LGBTQ workers. The EEOC had released a draft version of its guidance in September 2023 after an earlier effort to update existing guidance failed to gain traction during the Trump Administration. So, let’s see what happens this time around under Trump.
Tom Madden believes in the power of what he does for a living—persuading. It’s called public relations practiced at the firm he founded when he left NBC, TransMedia Group where one of the clients is the Stonewall National Museum, Archives & Library housing the largest collection of LGBTQ+ history. Often, he finds PR more contagious and inspiring when it starts on high then filters down to rank and file who implements it.
Madden is a prolific bogger at www.maddenmischief.com and an author whose latest book is Planetary Lifeguard, Blowing the Whistle at Climate Change. He hopes to combat global warming not by stroking, but stoking Trump’s dormant interest in clean energy.
