Liwe platform comes with a Visitor Management Feature, which constitutes a Resident Mobile App, Security Guard App and Management Portal, interlinked with one another to facilitate seamless, secure and less intruding communications conveniently among them. 

RESIDENT MOBILE APP

Let’s say you are a resident anticipating a guest at your condominium unit. 

The Resident Mobile App on the platform provides a simple, few- step process to invite and receive your guests so that over the phone invitations need not happen anymore!  

Click on the Invite Visitor option, enter your guest’s name, tick the Trusted Visitor option, enter the phone number and select the date you wish to invite. This will send out a text message to the visitor with a QR code link, simply completing the task of inviting your guest. 

It is designed to save time for the host as well as the guest. Providing easy access to visitors remotely would also save the time spent on coordination between the security guard and the resident. 

GUARD APP

When the visitor arrives at the facility, the Guard at the security desk or front office scans the QR code on the link using the Guard App, which generates an automatic guest arrival alert for the resident.  In this manner a contactless check-in and check-out could happen.

Additionally, the Guard App carries many other features that could come in handy for occupants living in Liwe Communities-managed facilities. 

The Guard App allows the security to accept/decline guest invites on behalf of the resident, if a need arises. This is particularly advantageous if a visitor arrives without informing. The Guard can then message through the App instead of interrupting a resident with a call. 

To receive a delivery while you are away or busy working from home, the resident can directly instruct the guard through the App to accept it. 

When Liwe Communities is enabled, visitor management takes place sans any direct human intervention. Whereas in a traditional set up the residents and visitors would be compelled to share their contact info with the security to be documented in the visitor log book, with Liwe in place, such personal information will not have to be exposed to outsiders. 

Even when arranging a maintenance, the resident could simply create a Support Ticket instead of calling the plumber or electrician using the personal phone. 

MANAGEMENT PORTAL

Liwe Communities come with a Management Portal to assist the facility management in the visitor management component. 

In the Compound drop down is an ‘Event Log’ of all visitors invited by the residents. The facility management thereby gets a detailed log of all visitors invited to the compound eliminating the need to maintain a manual visitor logbook or a dedicated resource to manage that task. You could also filter the data through ‘Visitor Granted Entrance’ or ‘Visitor Declined Entrance’ features.
