First half of 2024: highlights of our E-Export events and international projects!
Here's a recap of the first half of 2024, showcasing the key E-Export events and international business projects that have shaped our journey so far.
Partnership with Little balance
The year 2024 began on a high note with the return of a former client, Little balance, a specialist in small household appliances and innovative scale solutions. Since January, this company has partnered with us to develop its brand in Southern Europe, focusing on deploying multichannel strategies.
Over the past decade, Little balance has generated over 16 million euros in revenue in France through extensive B2B and B2C distribution networks and e-commerce optimization. These strategic choices have helped the company surpass industry leaders, particularly in the innovative eco-friendly scale segment. We look forward to continuing this success story by developing Little balance's presence in Italy and Spain. These new markets offer promising opportunities to build on the solid progress made in France.

New EBRD Project in Tunisia
Among the several international projects for the EBRD , the one in Tunisia concerning Société Tunisienne d'Elevage des Poissons is fascinating! It was the opportunity to travel to Tunis with the amazing experts Frantz Dumey and Andreas Ntatsopoulos to help the local team improve the performance of the fish farm and start export sales.
This project is part of our collaboration with the EBRD to help SMEs in the developing countries where the EBRD operates to close the business gap with the developed countries. The potential for these SMEs is huge, and it is an honor to contribute to their success within this initiative.
2nd webinar for Bpifrance: AI for export applications
This second training-webinar L’IA au service de votre activité Export took place on June 20 and focused on how to use AI and Generative AI to optimize export processes.
AI and Generative AI offer different capabilities for export usage. AI involves using algorithms to analyze data, automate tasks, and make decisions. For example, AI-driven inventory management systems can predict stock needs based on historical data, reducing overstock and stockouts. Generative AI, on the other hand, involves creating new content and data. For example, Gen-AI can develop content in multiple languages, such as product descriptions and ads, enhancing communication with local customers and making it easier for businesses to connect with diverse markets.
This event, along with all the real-world examples, is now accessible on the Bpifrance Export Academy platform here: https://www.bpifrance-universite.fr/formation/lia-au-service-de-votre-activite-export/
Big thanks once more to Bpifrance for enabling us to share our expertise with almost a thousand interested participants, and counting, on the topic of AI for export.

On June 24, in partnership with La Fabrique de l'Exportation and the Maison de l'International de la Métropole de Brest, we organized a webinar on the best practices on the European marketplaces to develop export sales.

New EBRD project with our former client BENSON SHOES
I had the pleasure of participating in the launch of a new project for Benson Shoes, aimed at expanding its cross-border e-commerce in Europe. This project represents a significant milestone for the company, opening up new international growth opportunities and setting the stage for a broader market presence.
The project's primary focus is to enhance Benson Shoes' e-commerce capabilities, making it easier for the company to reach customers in the countries of the European Union. By optimizing its online platform and SEO, integrating advanced logistics solutions, and adapting its marketing strategies to local markets, Benson Shoes will be well-positioned to benefit from the growing demand for quality footwear across Europe.
In collaboration with the EBRD, I will work with the best advisors specializing in cross-border e-commerce and international SEO. Our goal is to create an efficient process for Benson Shoes, enabling the team in Casablanca to leverage its competitive advantage and expand its customer base.
This project has immense potential and I am confident it will lead to building a strong presence for Benson Shoes in the European markets. I look forward to seeing the positive outcomes of this collaboration!
