Flyking's Excellence in Quality Control: Unveiling the Four Key Pillars
According to the 2023 counterfeit components report by ERAI, the number of recorded suspected counterfeit electronic components reached 786 this year, a slight increase from 768 in 2022. This rise highlights the ongoing challenges of substandard electronic components in the global electronics industry. At Flyking, we have maintained a 100% pass rate in incoming quality inspection and zero counterfeit complaints from customers. This achievement is underpinned by our robust quality management system, established from the very beginning. Today, we will unveil the four critical pillars of Flyking’s exceptional quality control.
Supplier Management – Ensuring Quality from the Source
In the electronics industry, the technical capabilities, quality control measures, delivery efficiency, and competitive pricing of suppliers are key determinants of the cost and quality of electronic products. The primary challenge is in selecting high-quality suppliers for electronic components to ensure procurement quality.
To mitigate the risk of engaging unqualified suppliers, Flyking has established a comprehensive supplier evaluation framework that balances quality, cost, delivery, and service. We rigorously assess suppliers based on factors such as company size, after-sales service, and product quality. Through detailed evaluations and regular updates to supplier credit scores, we maintain the reliability of our supply chain and ensure the initial quality of the components.
Incoming Inspection – Establishing a Robust Defense Line
Detailed and thorough inspections prior to warehousing are crucial for ensuring the reliability of material quality. Degradation, damage, or inherent non-compliance may arise during packaging, storage, or transportation. Consequently, conducting visual inspections and in-depth testing based on product specifications and procurement agreements is imperative before warehousing.

Flyking employs a rigious IQC inspection process for all received components, covering evaluations such as appearance, dimensions, markings, and structural integrity. This guarantees quality assurance before warehousing. Additionally, we upload all inspection data to our database for traceability purpose, maintaining detailed records of all products.
Warehousing Management – Scientific Protection and Precise Control
Precise control of the storage environment is key to maintaining the stability of electronic components. Flyking deploys an advanced warehousing management system, equipped with precision temperature and humidity control systems. By adhering to the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle, we ensure accurate positioning and classified storage of inventory, significantly enhancing storage operational efficiency. Our warehouses are also feature comprehensive ESD protection systems to maintain an optimal storage environment for electronic components.
Outgoing Inspection – Detailed Operations and Full Tracking
Outgoing inspection is a pivotal stage in contemporary supply chain management. During this phase, Flyking enforces strict procedures, including re-verification product serial numbers, checking packaging integrity, and ensuring the accuracy of accompanying documents. We have developed a comprehensive after-sales management process, ensuring complete traceability from warehouse to customer delivery. We partner with esteemed logistics companies to guarantee safe and timely transport.
Committed to the "zero-defect delivery" philosophy, Flyking has secured certifications such as ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ESD S20.20, and IATF16949, continuously enhancing and upgrading our quality management system. Additionally, as an ERAI member since 2018, we contribute to the development of a high-quality electronic component supply chain ecosystem.
