FOLLOW YOUR PASSION
We must first define the genuine definition of success before we can talk about passion and explain its importance. Most people associate success with accumulating significant income or obtaining a certain amount of notoriety, yet real fulfilment comes from other things outside money.
Success is best described as the accomplishment of an intended goal or purpose. Most people want to combine their career and their passions while earning a stable income more than they want money or fame. Money is a tricky definition of success since it offers diminishing returns as you earn more of it.
Most individuals define success as being proud of their accomplishments and having a meaningful role in the world. When it comes to meaningful labour, this is especially true. Following one's passion increases the likelihood of financial and conventional success since the time and effort put into the endeavour are motivated by zeal and excitement.

Why PASSION Is So Vital
People are more likely to overcome hurdles if they are motivated and enthusiastic. People who are passionate about what they do, as opposed to those who are only "in it for the money," tend to be happier and better able to solve problems. Additionally, a person's propensity to work hard on self-improvement increases with how passionate they are about their employment, which increases their likelihood of success.
There is always time.
The majority of Americans are not happy with their jobs. Gallup estimates that 85% of workers are actively disengaged from their occupations. 6 Many Americans feel obliged to remain in their current location because they require access to healthcare and a reliable source of income. Hard work and achievement could come more easily than expected if someone can figure out how to overcome financial obstacles while pursuing their passion in a specific field. In some ways, having a sizable bank account is less significant than finding work you enjoy.
