UPGRADED DEAL PIPELINES
As we move to 2025, I invite you to review but also feel free to contribute to our deal pipelines, events and 361 community initiatives.
PIPELINES and DIAGNOSTICS. We now have over 1500 in the "Funnel" and we can follow up best on those deals onboarded via 361firm.com/onb., which has the same questions and sub-categories as our Dignostic which the allocators submit on asset class, industries, deal type, size, region, etc., and key words. It takes just 2-5 minutes, but make for easier match-making, and inbound interest.
Confidential parts stay with our core internal team. If we see interest, we can officially bring on as a mandate. Here is an overview deck for raising capital via our broker-dealer, 361.pub/overview2.
MANDATES. We now have over 60 mandates, and you can see most in our No-name Deal Pipeline. We now have 20+ funds in niches like AI and private credit and 20+ direct deals from $2M to $200M for equity (e.g. in payments, VR, domes, tire recycling) and debt (e.g. off-grid-EV charging, GP buy-out).
If approved by the client, mandated funds and companies are added to our Deal Database Shared with 4K+ Allocators.
EVENTS. Meanwhile, consider joining our events to meet investors. If you become an investment banking client, you can possibly pitch at our Allocator Session segments of the conferences and schedule 1:1 meetings.
FULL ACCESS FOR QUALIFIED PURCHASERS. QP, approved on updating or submitting our Diagnostic, can access our External Pipeline, with links to decks and to schedule meetings. Our pipeline looks rather different today than it did a few years ago. We approach from both the buy-side (forming funds or SPVs into funds/companies) and the sell-side where we have 40+ active mandates with funds and companies (some are between vintages or rounds).
Meanwhile, all can see the No Name Pipeline, excerpt below.

WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF 361FIRM?
361Firm was founded by Mark Sanor in 2015 after (a) 10 years with a single-family office investing into and with funds and co-investing with other FOs and (b) 10 years as a lawyer and M&A Partner at Andersen and EY in Europe/Asia.
“360” stems from hosting roundtables since 2005 when Mark moved back from Europe to New York, first for his alumni networks (Denison, U-Michigan, Leiden, INSEAD) and then family office circles. It also captures our approach to forming circles for not only events but also deals
"One Firm" comes from the global collaborative culture of Andersen where Mark was a partner. Being global enables us to understand investment landscapes but also to collaborate cross-border.
