Five Foods to avoid when you have diabetes

While convenience foods serve the aim of being well, and convenient, they're not the healthiest choice for anyone. Convenience foods are usually packed with additional sodium, sugar, and artificial ingredients. Convenience foods may also pack in a healthy dose of refined carbohydrates throwing your blood sugar out of whack.

Here are the highest convenience foods that raise your blood sugar...

1. Frozen Dinners.

Frozen dinners are ill-famed for holding heaps of additional sodium, to not mention additives. It’s best to skip these and build the maximum amount of your food as you'll. If you're short on time, try agitated along with a dish with a lot of vegetables and a drizzle of oil and Balsamic vinegar.

2. Soda and Juice.

Each soda and juice are loaded with sugar! Thus do not be fooled by the diet soda. Diet soda contains artificial sweeteners that are even as harmful as sugar. Skip the soda and drink, and opt for plain seltzer sugary with a splash of fresh lemon or juice.
