In the fall of 2021 the office of the UN Secretariat and Sourcing Matters launched the thought-provoking talk show series - Laying Down Tracks - for the UN FOOD SYSTEMS SUMMIT (#UNFSS).

The inspiring 9-part miniseries, led by host Aaron Niederhelman, featured world experts on issues related to world hunger, malnutrition, climate change, and much more. Focused on the real experiences of rolling out the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), each episode brings forward solutions through motivating discussions with folks making change happen and those living through it. #TuneIn for a dose of optimism.

A collective consciousness has swept across environmental and social warriors around the globe. For a next generation the nexus of action will be food and how it is produced. As eaters, it's empowering to tie our lifestyle choices to something with so much upside.
