THE COMPANY:

Dinner Ladies Ltd is an innovative catering company founded in 2015. They are dedicated to producing exceptional food & events through ambition, hard work, and creativity.

As they gear up to launch a new event space in 2024, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their ambitious, hardworking, and fun team.

KEY TASKS:

Marketing Strategy:

• Lead a new location-based marketing strategy for a permanent event space in Southwark.
• Analyse customer insights, trends, and market analysis.
• Weekly and monthly review and measurement of marketing initiatives

 Leadership & Communication:

• Collaborate with the Head of Creative to align with company branding
• Lead regular company meetings to explain vision and direction
• Recruit marketing assistant position

Business Development & Budgets: 

• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting.
• Manage monthly budget spend and project allocations for projected growth.
• Respond to sales requirements, support on hitting targets, and react to change positively.

ABOUT YOU:

• Enthusiastic, capable, and motivated leader with a passion for food and events
• Experience in local marketing & SEO (experience in the food industry is preferable)
• A project manager who is a fluent multitasker, decision-maker, and team player
• Excellent communication and analytical skills combined with creative sensibilities
• CRM and CMS experience
• Proficiency with social media development strategies and online content marketing
