Fostering Diversity and Inclusion: African American Black Connections at HealthEquity
Driven by a vision of unity and celebration, our HealthEquity teammates spearheaded the creation of African American Black Connections (AABC), a beacon of diversity, inclusion, professional development, and networking. AABC, one of HealthEquity's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), emerged from a need to establish a supportive community that not only celebrates the unique experiences of teammates but also educates and provides access to opportunities, contributing a more inclusive workplace.
The Genesis of AABC
