The Four Pillars of Vitality

What are they? And how does understanding these four pillars affect your life / our lives - in every way, shape and form? Last week, I launched a brand new community on Skool, in which, I guide people through Physical, Mental, Emotional and Energetic "Pillars of Vitality." Here is a summary of each:

PHYSICAL

You are likely aware of friends & family around you who have healed themselves / reversed chronic symptoms/illnesses with nutrition and movement alone. After all, it's where most people start. It's where I started. I embarked upon a strict anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle and I witnessed my skin heal so fast, after 30 years of symptom-masking treatments. Anti-inflammatory nutrition is very different to the conventional norm and what is known as the "Standard American Diet" (SAD) - if indeed you are in America. The acronym speaks for itself, doesn't it? That is what you'll likely experience if you follow that way of eating.

Inflammation Blackboard: The Vitality Code

The kicker is, I used to eat what I thought was a "healthy" diet, and I'm English. Around 2014, I found out that I was beginning my day with a bowl of inflammation! Breakfast cereal and milk. That's the "norm" - yet, for most, that is an inflammatory combo - depending of course on the ingredients.

Combining anti-inflammatory nutrition and movement worked wonders for me - yet, as I ventured deeper into holistic health, I realised that diet and exercise were just a piece of the inflammation puzzle - a significant piece, yet, not the whole piece, by any stretch of the imagination.

Chronic Inflammation underlies chronic illness

Anti-inflammatory diet and movement are two categories under the "Physical" Pillar of vitality. Also within the Physical, are uncovering what toxins we are exposed to (diet aside), both environmentally, and internally. For example, you might be exposed to pollution and other chemicals in your environment, or EMFs (we all are, yet, some suffer more than others, and we can protect ourselves), you might have mercury in your teeth or an infected root canal, dropping the voltage in your electrical circuitry - or you might have parasites and bacteria robbing you of energy in your gut. Or other forms of heavy metal poisoning. Only yesterday I scanned a client with bioresonance, and aluminium showed up. My first question was, "Do you use antiperspirant deodorant?" She said yes. I said that contains aluminium, and it blocks off your exhaust under your arms (lymph nodes are essential to keep free - we can use deodorants that allow us to sweat, and be odour-free, without blocking off the lymphatic system).

Above is a snippet of the "physical" pillar, and fundamentals of The Body Electrical play a pivotal role. My main questions around inflammation (the underlying cause of just about every chronic health challenge) are: which toxins are in the body, and where are they coming from, and how can can we detoxify/reduce exposure?

EMOTIONAL

Another important question about inflammation is related to chronic stress. If it is often spoken about how 90% of illness is rooted in chronic stress. It's because it has become a social "norm" to live in a moderate state of fight or flight, which means we are living by the hormones of stress, which weaken the immune system. There is so much we can do around this, the majority of which has yet to reach the mainstream domain. The Emotional pillar of vitality is significant. We also must address underlying trapped emotions. I'll share one of my Faourite quotes:

"The organs weep the tears the eyes refuse to shed"

When I first learned about trapped emotions and dis-ease, I just could not understand how an emotion could create a Phsyical illness. And once I discovered the body electric, everything fell into place like a jigsaw puzzle.

When we understand the role of emotions and feelings in our health - a significant change happens.

MENTAL

It all starts in the brain! In the words of Dr Bruce Lipton, who I refer to in my book as "The Father of Epigenetics," we have a "brain chemist" - the thought we think and beliefs we have hold the power in the creation of the concoction of a pharmacy of chemicals either conducive to healing, or the opposite. Most have heard of the placebo effect. Many haven't heard of the nocebo effect - simply, it's the opposite of the placebo. It is scientifically proven that we can heal the body with thought alone. And, otherwise. So, wouldn't it be useful to not be told by an authority that we have an "incurable illness" or that one has "X months to live?" I see that as harmful. The science of epigenetics has superseded the outdated notion of "genetic diseases."

When a doctor says "There is no cure for X" what they mean is "drugs or surgery will not cure X." Drugs and surgery is just one method of learning / one approach to medicine. It's an appraoch that ignores, entirely, the underlying cause. And every drug bar none comes with side effects. Somehow this approach has been normalised as "the" way, and the moment we consider it "a" way, we take back our power, and providing we have a safe time window, and it isn't emergency (for which Western Medicine is phenomenal), we can go about a "Vitality journey" to figure out the cause, address it, refuel the body across every essential angle of health, and allow the body to heal itself.

We must flip the "nocebo" and use the "placebo."

ENERGY

I consider this pillar as the "reward" for venturing down the holistic health path. It's where we all end up! Understand the science of meditation, quantum entanglement, visualisation, heart and brain coherence, energy healing, frequency medicine, and more, and you'll wonder why we didn't learn about this from early childhood. The body is a phenomenally powerful self-healing machine. If you have seen any of my posts of attending Dr Joe Dispenza's retreats, or you are familiar with his teachings of Ageless wisdom, you'll know what I'm talking about. People are reversing the most "incurable" of illnesses, often within days, or even spontaneously with meditation and visualisation. And it's scientifically supported. Blood scans 'n all!
