Four years of activity

Well, we are not those type of chaps that celebrate anniversaries, however, might be the right time to do it. A big well done to us!!!

Ironically, it is also that time of the year, whereby introspection is a must. I cannot help but be amazed on the amount of experience we gathered since we started way back in 2019. Indeed, no academic qualification can provide you with such experience and I am becoming a believer in those who make the first step willingly, knowing that mistakes will be done. Thinking about it, if the path were to be written or discernible, then what would the point be! What we decide to do, the path we take in life, is a path of self-discovery and to many a path to self-realisation. We are what we make ourselves to become.

We stopped asking about what’s right and what’s wrong and we started asking what we want to achieve and what are the options we have. Life as much as business is what we make it. For sure, the growth path is an endless journey and in certain circumstances all might appear as pointless. That is a kind of fear we had to overcome, as at the end nothing is pointless. What that fear opened us up to, is the acceptance that plans might need to change but the ultimate objective not. We still preserved the energy and enthusiasm we had when we started. Resilience, motivation and presence of mind is built step by step, walking the talk. Celebrating small successes helps to keep the momentum in adverse times.

We are human, and doubt is ever present, however focusing on the options and acting upon those, is a very good recipe for success. Ultimately focus on what can be controlled and keep moving. Another interesting aspect we got better at, is connecting the dots! Rarely we have been exposed to dead ends, very rarely. We keep talking to those involved in our business, we keep healthy relationships irrespective of whether there is instant gratification or not. Eventually, what we do and the way we do it is paying us back.
