I am delighted to confirm the panel for our annual discussion on the legal issues arising out of this year's Vis Moot problem. With thanks to the ingenuity of Dr Stephan Kroll we have a disputed contract but to add some spice we have an agreement to arbitrate disputes and a disputed governing law.
This year's panel is Lord Wilson (former Justice of the Supreme Court), Anneliese Day QC (former ‘International Arbitration Silk of the Year’) and, returning again, Prof. Denis Mouralis (to give a civil law perspective).
