#FrameItFriday Today we embark on a short excursion to this little slice of heaven. Haven't been up there in 4 years but a last minute invitation showed up in our inbox saying "it's yours for the weekend if you want it!" OMG, you didn't need to ask me twice and even though the cat pukes and poops and drools in the car ride up, she's coming too. I tell ya, after THIS WEEK (#IYKYK) we are in dire need of a place to just simply gather and chill with the family. Most likely the trees will be stripped of their leaves, the loons long gone but we do have the forest to forage thru (but not too far in because it is hunting season after all) and simply enjoy the November views from the porch. I am grateful to our friends who extended such a kind invitation that is much needed and appreciated. Ok, enough about me. I want to mention something to y'all here, I've been reading all your comments beneath my recent posts. The stories some of you have and shared with us here are wonderful! It really makes me feel good to know that some of my images stir up such fond memories for you and that you share them here. Thanks and keep doing it. We're enjoying it! Time for me to go, the cat and the husband are sitting by the door waiting to leave for #StudioNorth.
