Friday Funday is Scary Saturday!

Hello, friends! Many of you know I had no internet or power (electricity) for four days and nights, thanks to a storm off the Massachusetts coast that was supposed to be far less damaging. During the first three days, all of Cape Cod was dark, as was much of the coastline.

We lost about a dozen HUGE trees in the village, most falling near homes, a few on rooftops, but for some reason, none pierced roofs. Just landed and stayed there! So although the week was scary, it could have been a whole lot worse.

So, that's why Friday turned into Saturday, and I'm grateful that everything seems OK now.
