Fridays Goal
Good Morning Friends,
Friday has arrived, I hope your week has been great one. If you knew today was your last day here on earth, what would you do differently? I pose the questions to make myself think as well as you, have I done all I can to make a difference in my life and the lives of others. My goal each day with this message, in the way I live my life and how I deal with those I interact with daily; is simply to make a difference in some small way. It doesn't happen all the time, but I do feel it's what I am on this earth to do. It's all about the choices we make each and everyday!
I hope the week has blessed you and that you find all that you're looking for in Today!
The purpose of life is not to be happy – but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all.

What Is It To Be Grateful
Have you seen the news lately? Even if you haven't seen the news for a few weeks, not that much has changed. Well, maybe a few things have changed but liberty and freedom continues. And, there is also stability within the community with social services, police, firemen and city and rural services being at hand when you need them.
Blessings Abound
So, I know that all of you have been grateful for all of these blessings and for the fact that you can go about your business, social activities, trips near and far, and voicing your opinions either verbally or in writing. And, I also know that each one of you has given thanks for these blessings and always think of others first before yourself. You are a kind, gentle, courageous, and helpful person that finds the real value in being human is that you can and will assist others who are less fortunate than yourselves.
Good Characteristics
If you possess all of the previous attributes, I salute you because the rest of us certainly have a long way to go to catch up with you. And, if we can catch up to you, I am certain that by that time, you have gone on to even more behaviors that reflect how much you appreciate and give thanks for all of your blessings from friends, family, co-workers and those strangers to whom you helped brighten their day with a warm hello or 'how are you doing today', and meant it.

A New Dawn
Each day is a brand new opportunity to celebrate, to move forward with vigor, with determination to get out there and make someone's day just a little bit better, and to embrace all those little things that so many others have taken for granted as they moan and complain about everything wrong with their life often blaming everyone else for their struggles except themselves.
We Could Use Some Help
I hope that all you folks that live with grateful and kind attributes will help the rest of us learn how you go about being thankful for all those little things in life, and how you are able to make other people's lives you meet throughout your day a little bit brighter when you extend a warm hello to people you either know or just happen to meet, or 'how are you doing' and really mean it.
Each Day Brings Blessings
I know we have a lot to learn and we have to start somewhere each day. Do you think that it would be a good idea to wake up excited about starting a new day instead of hating the sound of that alarm clock? Do you think it would be better and more pleasant to go off to work thinking about how we are lucky to have a good job or should we go instead with the attitude that our employer owes us a living and should just be grateful that we showed up at all?
Yes, indeed, we are lucky to be able to follow along with your day and see just how a grateful, encouraging and pleasant human being operates.

Doctor: I see you're over a month late for your appointment. Don't you know that nervous disorders require prompt and regular attention? What's your excuse?
Patient: I was just following your orders, Doc.
Doctor: Following my orders? What are you talking about? I gave you no such order.
Patient: You told me to avoid people who irritate
