🪔From Chaos to Clarity: Mastering Success with the 5W2H Action Plan in Coaching
Aleena sat in her favourite corner of the café, staring at her laptop screen. Despite her successful career as a marketing manager, she felt a nagging sense of unease. Her team was underperforming, deadlines were looming and the pressure was mounting. She had been through coaching sessions before, but this time, she needed something different, something more structured to guide her through the chaos.
