Over the last two decades, my professional journey has evolved from programming to leadership roles in ERP consulting, project management, and business transformation. From writing code to driving strategy, my career has been fueled by a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes.

Building a Strong Foundation: Early Days in Programming

My journey began with MF Cobol and Unix, where I gained a solid technical foundation. These early experiences sharpened my problem-solving skills and ingrained the importance of building robust, scalable systems. I realized early on how technology, when strategically implemented, could revolutionize businesses and enhance operational efficiency.

Mastering ERP Solutions and Driving Transformation

Transitioning into ERP solutions, I specialized in Infor LN and later expanded to Oracle Cloud, among other platforms. My roles have spanned functional and technical domains, enabling me to lead multi-site implementations and tailor solutions across diverse industries.

I have been fortunate to lead the designing and implementation of ERP solutions tailored to client needs. As a consultant and a project manager, I’ve seen firsthand how successful ERP projects drive significant transformation, but also how critical it is to manage expectations, risks, and timelines effectively.

The Shift to Consulting: Solving Complex Business Challenges

Consulting has been the cornerstone of my career for 20 years, providing opportunities to work across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.

What excites me most is aligning technology with business goals—understanding client pain points, diagnosing issues, and delivering tailored solutions. I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams and C-suite executives to design solutions and guide strategic transformations, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and business strategy.

Project Management: Delivering Multi-Site ERP Success

With 14+ years in project management, I’ve led multi-region ERP projects using both traditional and agile methodologies. Success in these projects required clear communication, efficient resource management, and strong stakeholder alignment.

By mitigating risks and maintaining team motivation, I’ve ensured the delivery of projects on time and within budget, achieving outcomes like enhanced operational efficiency and streamlined processes.

One of the key lessons I’ve learned is the importance of stakeholder management. From the very start of a project, understanding the needs and expectations of all parties involved is essential to ensuring smooth execution.

Presales Expertise: Bridging Business and Technology

My six years in presales allowed me to bridge technical solutions with tangible business value. From crafting winning proposals to presenting to executives, I’ve honed the ability to translate complex technology into strategic advantages for clients.

The Presales experience allowed me to merge technical knowledge with business strategy. I was not just presenting a product; I was offering a comprehensive solution that aligned with the client’s vision and objectives. It also gave me the chance to build long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Through Presales, I learned the importance of clear communication, understanding client expectations, and building trust – skills that have served me well in my project management and leadership roles.

Having worked across India, the US, the UK, APAC, and the Middle East, I bring a global perspective to every project. This exposure to diverse markets and cultures has enriched my approach to consulting, allowing me to bring a global perspective to every project I manage. It has also taught me the importance of cultural awareness, adaptability, and building strong relationships.

Whether navigating international teams or varying business practices, I’ve developed the flexibility and insight to lead diverse, cross-functional teams through challenging ERP transformations.
