From Quad Bikes to Quirky Props: Our Evolution

From Quad Bikes to Quirky Props: Our Evolution

Once upon a time, Wildfire was just a humble team-building company, kickstarting our journey with a few quad bikes and a lot of ambition.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into an experiential agency that works with global brands, creating events that are nothing short of legendary. But how did we make this epic leap?

Well, it wasn’t an overnight success story. Our transformation was built on countless small steps, with none more significant than our decision to start collecting props. After all, why stop the fun at dusk when you can keep the party going all night?

Enter: Themed Evenings. We bought a prop hire company and started crafting immersive worlds for our clients to explore. From a giant glitter dice to a life-sized lion, our collection of over 2,000 props has grown into something truly special.

Wander through our warehouse and you’ll find everything from a giant shark’s head (yes, really) to an iconic London telephone box. Each prop has a story, and we’ve had a blast creating them.

Here’s a peek into some of our most memorable props and the wild stories behind them:

  • A Giant Shark’s Head: Crafted from scratch when a client casually asked, “Can you get us a giant shark’s head?” The result? A massive, hand-carved creation that’s perfect for Hollywood nights or under-the-sea themes.

  • The London Telephone Box: Built with love (and a lot of red paint) when we couldn’t find one to hire. It’s now a staple for British-themed events and works perfectly with our London set.

  • A Life-Sized Lion: Bought from a prop company in Southampton, this lion was so popular that we now have three. But not before giving us a few heart-pounding scares in the warehouse late at night.

Our props are more than just decorations—they’re the gateway to unforgettable experiences. So, whether you’re planning a Narnia-themed party or an under-the-sea extravaganza, we’ve got the props and the passion to bring your vision to life.
