The world is evolving at a speed as never visvalised before, and it is indeed changing the structure of a VUCA world rapidly. So, the future leaders have to be proactive to adopt to the change at a pace that could ensure sustainability addressing risks encountered during this persuit by adopting to DEI & ESG policies or framework, data-protection, privacy & governance, tigital transformation and disruptive technologies, and an ethose that recognises the value of diversity in businessess and aspirations , cognigence of inclusivity and integrity for the employees concerns as pivot in order to ensure successes in achieving the set objectives. So, a recalibration of leadership is indeed a need of the hour to address complex emerging challanges that are taking place in geo-politics, change in global economic balance, increasing debt , macro-economic megatrends & difital transformtion accross geographies and in global business environment.

During the Pandemic(Covid 19) in last two years the world has witnessed metaphorses, social upheaveles , economic setbacks and inadequacy of health infrastructure to deal such catastrophic and unprecedented emergencies and that too at such a tipping point when world was already impacted in worst way i.e. by the Climate Change and Cyber Threats combined with growing inequality. The world was already hit by slow down with changing demographis dividends with aging in many countries. The Global GDP was hit by a colossal loss i.e. about $ 3.4 trillion. So, the world witnessed a massive disruption in each and every spehre of economy or life such as travel, industry, servises , manufacuturing & global supply chain though agriculture economy was most robust that was a respite especially in India the agro-economy could not only exhibited resilience but also contributed more than its share in economy . Still, the companies ,businesses , industry and countries survived pandemic as they swiftly accepted this change and adopted to ways that could find solutions how to address it and digital transformation in support was the single biggest outcome towards rescue but the leaders that who speerheaded this revolution were ultimate champions. The leaders those considered this unprecedented economic & medical emergency as an opportunity to the same scale not only led their organisations or countries but also turned this challange in to huge advantage and bounced back from this catastrophy. The Covid 19 actually provided a Natural Testbed for the leadership in handling massive disruption and crisis management at such an unprecedented scale adopting to unique styles and innovative ways to take along teams & people with an ultimate trust.Narendra Modi, The Honble Prime Minister of India was one among the top leaders globally who came out with flying colors as he could exibit the leadership qualities that are shown in pic put above for this article besides many other such as very fast adoption to emerging technologies, outright support to boost digital transformation, preferance for innovation & improvisation, hence, could lead with implimentation of ideas at a desired speed to address problems encountered in each walk of life creating belief among the people in their own capacities in handling such a crisis and emhancing this strength multifold with collective efforts. So, India could demonstrate resilience facing these exceptional circumstances and persistent volatility with people support and pharma industry working day night in producing vacccines in a record time, so, demonstrating a collective effort under a committed leadership.The digital solutions fueled the transformation that was needed and it was further supported by adopting to them at a speed with decisive and an evolving leadership that could adapt to the change at lightening speed and handle it with responsibility & built quality & resilient social, economic, industrial and supply chain infrastructure at needed pace with accountability & vision for the nation keeping atleast next 03 decades in mind. The entrepreneurship in the form of start up witnessed India scaling heights and stood at 2nd place with registering 70 k Startups during this time and about 66 of them turned in to Unicorns with in a span of just 01 year. Not only India but the entire Asia region performed better than otrhers in such testing times and it reaffirmed that this ccentuary belong to this continent and specifically to India. The leaders put in place an agile & robust framework with pragmatic and innovative but most decisive leadership with massive adoption to the evolving technologies in support of ESG & DEI initaitives , indigenous solutions to address emerging internal & external challanges. The work from home were adopted with varried range of necessities of innovation to be applied for each business or normal running of life on day to day basis in walks of lisfe and that was putting a challange to the leadership and the leaders that could handle this with ease with out loosing focus on reaching objectives with revised targets and kept their teams safe with required inspiration and motivation to keep them moving.

There was a need of sustainable travel, health care, food distribution , supply chain ,tourism and governance is these challanging times. New gloabl challanges emerged and a changed world order evolved with Smart Digital Systems & Networks for connectivity. So, there was was a challenge to adapt to fast emerging changes with sustainable policies formulation & implimentation of solutions minimising risks encoundred in respective areas by adopting to diversification in businesses and building resilient infrastructre.

There was a need and it is there for the Future Leaders that world need who are proactive to change in order to address such unprecedented situations or Black Swan in coming days those may be even with more catastrophic effects on Global Economy & Wellbeing of people and it is possible if leaders excercise utmost concern for their people or teams, skill & reskill themselves to deal with evolving challanges, adapt to DEI & ESG policies with an accountability & by taking responsibility to deal such situations excercing adapatibity with intigrity and honesty to the purpose above board with ethics as a base to operate and ensure sustianability with diversity but fast decision making. The ideas generation is needed fostering innovation & adapation to technology and he / she who ensure delivery at last mile in stipulated time frame with out a compromise on achieving the drafted or set objectives with fast adoption to latest technologies keeping a sharp focus on teams & people empowerment.

The future leader's vision has to be global as this is a connected world where billateral & multilateral relations & treaties are very important and that not only addresses mutual concerns and respective nation's prespectives but also to meet Climate Change, Cyber Threats & Inequality challanges that world is confronting. Also when and at what level a Black swan is going to take place. In spite differences in ideologies needs to address each other prespectives and realities on grounds. The leaders have to have empathy for the people and gratitude towards what has been achieved so to be very robust immotionally with total commitment first to his own teams & country than to the people globally.So, the future leaders have to be resilient in any trubulent situation by updating themselves in consonance with rapid changes that are taking place with massive disruption taking place in each walk of life.

Certainly interesting thought shared and valid. There is a storm taking place currently stock's are off and companies once thought to be impossible to fail are threatened just as much as a small corner store. The slight of hand used by magicians are attempting to hide the fall but will not be able to. Good read continue to dialogue and open conversation.
