🌱 2024 Sustainability shifts

Sustainability is more than just a trend these days.

Since consumers demand transparency now, companies are forced to align their strategies with a greener future.

Key sustainability trends:

♻️ Revamped retail returns:

The environmental toll of returns is staggering. Retailers must streamline the process and relook their returns policies.

🚫 Say goodbye to greenwashing:

This deceptive practice is being replaced by a demand for authenticity. Keep deceiving your eco-conscious customers and risk losing them altogether!

Customers are likely to stick with a brand if it’s easier for them to make sustainable choices.

In fact, 41% are willing to wait longer for sustainable delivery.

💚 Keep your green-minded customers by:

  • Educating and sharing sustainability tips.
  • Highlighting eco-friendly products in online stores.
  • Providing recyclable and biodegradable packaging options
  • Using algorithms or AI to identify and recommend eco-friendly products.
