'Future of Work - AI in HR' Ranked #2 in Five Books' 'Top 5 Future-Fit HR Reads'

November has become a remarkable month of inspiration for both the inquisitive author in me and my first labor of love, Future of Work – AI in HR. This month, my book was honored by being featured on the reputable global review platform, Five Books, where it was ranked second in the ‘Top 5’ within the ‘Future-Fit HR’ category of business and management literature. I also received a warm invitation to visit a prestigious STEM academic library in Europe that houses my book for its students and patrons—more details on that soon!

Five Books is known for its unique approach to book recommendations, curating expert insights across diverse genres with a focus on quality and depth. Unlike readers' reviews on Goodreads & Amazon, Five Books review is driven by insights from renowned scholars, economists, subject matter experts, politicians, and industry leaders, building an extensive and credible literary platform. Notably, the 2024 Nobel laureate in Economics, MIT Professor Daron Acemoglu, further distinguishes the reviews and curation. With its wide-ranging coverage of economics, business, history, and culture, Five Books caters to discerning readers who seek to deepen their understanding of complex topics through well-chosen literature and expert commentary.

When I began writing Future of Work – AI in HR, I could not have imagined that it would reach such stellar academic libraries and a global audience. As an additional honor, the book has recently been accepted by the National Library of Denmark, Det Kgl. Bibliotek | Royal Danish Library —a true affirmation of its relevance amid the rapid advancements in AI across society. This latest inclusion in the Five Books recommended list only adds to the gratitude I feel for the recognition it has received so far.
