Generally Accepted Complexity Level (GACL)

Subjects related to the complexity topic are littering the publishers. However, we believe that we could emphasize some important and significant useful elements thanks to our numerous new enterprises launches and projects conducts in several countries, parts of America, Asia, Middle-East, ...

Some rules or procedures have been classified or qualified as "Generally Accepted" for various reasons that could be related to previous certification(s) requests, legal considerations or acceptances. To say it simply.

Anyway, the Generally Accepted Complexity Level (GACL) is one of our important basic concepts we use for conducting intricate developments and projects.

It leads to a very global practical coherency which means a better positioning for an easier continuity management, less hazardous decisions, optimized resources allocations, performances improvement, clients relations amelioration, various costs reduction, logistics efficiency, practical scheduling, after sales services minimization, etc.

It is also associated to the Change Management (see some of our other Pulse articles related to the Change) because of the required significant transformations needed for homogeneously proceeding. And, right on time.

Indeed and most of the time, something simple will not be the cause of a stop during a new procedure proposition and subsequent implementation.

However, what is difficult to understand and actuate becomes automatically “complex”. The conducted in-depth analysis of the problem or the phenomenon often leads to the discovery of an additional “complication”

The original idea came from the GAAP concept and the various other ones it did originate. The CACL is more universal. But why not arranging for a Generally Accepted Entrepreneur Profile (GAEP) in line with the increasing start-up trend? Etc.

GACL leads to a very global practical coherency which means a better positioning for an easier continuity management, less hazardous decisions, optimized resources allocations, performances improvement, etc ... Obvious BUT not sufficiently considered before any decision or enterprise ...
