Geotechnia 2024
Yesterday I had the privilege to present at Geotechnia 2024 talking to fellow geotechnical professionals about Neurodiversity in Ground Engineering.
The talk was an awareness session about neurodiversity, covering the gneiss (the nice, the good), the tuff (the tough, the bad), and the schist (the s**t, the ugly) aspects of this much-misunderstood term in my employment sub-sector. It also comprised my ongoing learning/research on neurodiversity in engineering lived experiences while working in the ground engineering employment sub-sector.
Thank you again Julian Lovell & Calum Spires at Equipe Group or the opportunity.
If you would like to book an Lunch and Learn session or webinar on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, or disability, neurodiversity in STEM, please DM me.
