Get an immediate 10% happiness boost by doing this one thing.

I’m about to share something that sounds too good to be true—but I promise you—this is real. What if I told you that you can RADICALLY improve the way you feel everyday—feeling better mentally, physically, emotionally, with improved relationships and more happiness and satisfaction in life. Now, what if I told you that you can do this in as little as 30 days? And what if I told you, it takes less than 5 minutes a day? And the best part—it is 100% FREE.

You’d probably think I’m full of shit, right? Or pushing some gimmick? Well, I’m not. And what I’m speaking of is GRATITUDE.

Practicing daily gratitude can be one of the most powerful, transformational tools in your life. There are scientifically proven benefits to having a regular practice. Researchers at Berkley even demonstrated how regular gratitude changes your brain activity.

  • A few of the benefits include:
  • Improved relationships
  • Improved physical health
  • Improved psychological health
  • Improved sleep
  • Improved self-esteem
  • Increase in happiness
  • More positive emotions
  • Stronger immune system
  • Reduced stress
  • Reduction in depressive symptoms
  • Improved heart health

One of the best things about practicing gratitude is that it’s so simple.

How To Gratitude Journal

  1. Choose a notebook that will be dedicated solely to your gratitude practice
  2. Each evening (or morning), write out 5 things that you are grateful for that day (yes, you have to write it)
  3. Choose whatever resonates with your spirit that day. Whether it’s big things—like family and health, or smaller things like the bird whistling outside your window this morning.
  4. And that’s it. That’s the whole exercise!

The magic really happens after about 30 days of your practice, when you begin spending time throughout each day looking for things to find joy in, to write down that evening.

Here are a few other ways to practice gratitude daily.

  1. Express your gratitude to people in your life: Take the time to thank someone who has helped you, supported you or made a positive impact in your life. You can write a letter or simply express your gratitude in person.
  2. Meditate on gratitude: Take a few minutes each day to sit quietly and reflect on the things you are grateful for. This can help you cultivate a sense of gratitude and peace.
  3. Practice gratitude in the moment: When you experience something positive or enjoyable, take a moment to appreciate it and express your gratitude.
  4. Use visual reminders: Post notes or photos around your home or workspace that make you feel grateful and remind you to practice gratitude.

I’m really excited for you to experience the transformational benefits of gratitude. Give it some time and you’ll find yourself feeling more at peace and experiencing more joy and contentment on a daily basis. It’s truly a game changer.

Challenge yourself to 30 days of gratitude and drop me a line (Lauren@AnswerWhatsNext.com) to let me know how it’s going. I’d love to hear from you!
