Good Morning Team!

Do you love helping people? Do you love your career? Sure there will be times, guaranteed, that are slow, hard and tough as s$%&. But do you really love it? GET LOCKED IN!

When times get hard, are you constantly thinking of backing out? Heading to a new career. Asking yourself "with my skills as a realtor I can take them to a large Corporate and who knows how to climb the corporate ladder!"

BE THERE, DONE THAT! And believe me I will NEVER go back! Unless I went directly to a CEO role and had control of the growth. But the likelihood of that happening is not only slim but trying to do that from the ground up in a company will destroy you spiritually before you have the shot to become the CEO.

I see this all the time, when times are slow or you're not doing well realtors seem to hit LinkedIn or Indeed for job applicants and although they may. or may not actually apply; they will envision themselves in that role. But what they are actually envisioning happening is a pay-check. They don't envision the pain, the stress and the spiritual suicide of working for someone else.

Is there anything wrong with seeking opportunities? absolutely not, but abandoning your dream and the commitment you made to find solace in a new career is not the answer. They will push you harder than you would most likely push yourself and for what? You could have just done that in your career. That's why we have teams, support systems and mentors, to push you! To hold you accountable, sure we might seem like The Corporate Boss at times but it's far from the truth. The feeling is the same but the results are for you!

In conclusion guys, "don't go chasing waterfalls" as TLC would say haha. Chase your dreams and stick to your dreams. People give up in the hard times when all they needed was that extra push to achieve their success! GET LOCKED IN!!!!

BE GREAT, ALL LOVE
